24/7 Mobile Supervision
The comprehensive supervision program from QPS allows us to ensure that our procedures and standards are adhered to at all times. In addition to the Account Management Team that is assigned for each location, QPS deploys mobile supervisors 24 hours a day to both respond to incidents and to conduct audits and assessments of our team.
QPS Mobile Supervisors are:
- Provided on each tour, every day
- Responsible for conducting unannounced inspections of our locations and officers
- Tasked with ensuring compliance with post orders, appearance, customer service standards, certifications and special service requests
- Rapid response for critical incidents, emergencies and investigations
